1. booking confirmation
   To definitively confirm your reservation, a deposit of 200€ per week is required.

2. payment
   Please pay the remaining amount in cash on site or by bank transfer in advance.

3. arrival and departure
   We expect you to arrive from 2 p.m. Onwards. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the holiday apartment will not be ready until 2 p.m. If you are late, we would be pleased to hear from you.
   
   On the day of departure, the holiday apartment should be vacated by 11am at the latest. If you would like to check out at other times, please feel free to contact us.
   
   The amount of the local tax is based on the municipal ordinance in force at the time of your stay in the municipality (2024: €2.40 per person and night from the age of 14).

4. cancellations
   There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we offer you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:

   • In case of cancellation, we will charge your deposit as a cancellation fee

   • For cancellations from 60 days up to and including 30 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the agreed total price

   • For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date we charge 100% of the total price

   • If the booked holiday apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.

   • For later arrivals or earlier departures than the period you booked, the full price will be charged.

 

We ask you to inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation.
